Bill began his coaching career in 2000 as an assistant coach at Fox Lane High School in Bedford, NY. After coaching there for ten years he took over the varsity program at Alexander Hamilton High School in Elmsford, NY in 2010, earning League 3D Coach of the Year honors in 2018 for the Red Raiders. He coached at other travel baseball organizations before joining the Pride in 2022.
